have i ever mentioned that i love this bike? nice weather right around the corner!

i love the G35 too! bout to get it so i can run my iPod directly to the car instead of via the stupid FM transmitter. so so sad the poor sound quality that thing produces. depressing especially after having the bumping system in the truck. i think i will go ahead and dynamat the whole car and then put my subwoofer in the trunk. better use it instead of leaving it sitting in the closet. not doing any good in there huh?

haha. material things are so fun to play with!

whats up people!?!

nothing goin on here. been on the bike alot. that has been nice. sucks it will be a little chilly this weekend. oh well. might ride anyways.

i now weigh 195. i have lost 11 pounds so far! at least 10 more to go.

The Never Ending Pursuit....

Today i am starting back on my diet. I am at the most i have ever weighed, weighing in at 206. my goal is to be at 185. I was on this diet about 2 years ago and it really worked well for me. Sheila and I are going to do it together and thus be able to encourage each other.

on the diet i wont take in more than 3000calories a day. all the foods i eat will be low calorie/high protein, raw fruits and veggies, and lots of water and protein shakes.

Just thought that i would update even though i dont have much to update about. just back to work. had saturday off. first day off since the new year, except sundays of course. it was nice. did absolutely nothing really. just hung out with sheila and rode my bike to the shop where it is still being worked on. *sob*
